What is the catch?
None. We are in alpha and we want real usage from people who will push the system. The credit is the invitation. If it works for you and you top up later, that is the whole idea.
Do I need a credit card?
No. You sign in, the credit is already there, and you start. You only add a card if you choose to keep going after it runs out.
What can I spend it on?
Any model Switchboard routes to, at each provider’s exact rate. Kimi K3 is a great place to start, but the credit is general.
Does the credit expire?
No. It sits on your account until you spend it. There is no clock and no clawback.
What happens when the slots run out?
The offer closes and signing up works the same as always, just without the tester credit. The counter on this page shows how many are left.
